    Purchased this for my dad last year at Nov. The phone began experiencing screen problem (everything becomes bright white, you can barely see the homescreen icon or debug mode). Since it's within the 1 year coverage, when I tried to return this so they can fix it, but the return policy require you completely wipe the phone, which is very difficult to do since I can't see anything. Be wary, not sure if it's a one time thing or if BackMarket refurb items have quality issues.

    I do not agree with the battery health percentage of the iPhone I received, since I bought an iPhone 13 in excellent condition, but it seems to be in "Good" condition, since the battery did not come above 87% and has several signs of damage, including in the middle of the two cameras, for the rest, I love the cell phone, but I was mostly disappointed with the battery, since it probably needs to be changed.

    Phone was finicky from the day I got it, but I decided to live with it. At the two month mark, I check it in the morning and it won't turn on. Back Market help center is not helpful. They require me to clear the data before I send it in to have it checked under the warranty, but I cannot turn it on to clear it and there is no way to actually contact a human at back market or the seller. Incredibly frustrating.
