    The phone I got was in fair condition, the charging port is messed up, and the battery die fast for it to be on %87 battery health. The phone over heats fast but there is no outside damage frl but the charging area.

    iPhone came with camera not working properly. Definitely a hardware problem that the vendor knew about because the lense literally shakes and clicks and glitches if you try to focus to take a picture. It is exceedingly difficult to figure out how to contact customer support to process a return and refund. By the time I figured out the website maze, my coworker had dropped the phone and cracked it, voiding any chance at a refund. So now I have to pay out of pocket to fix this phone which probably has other issues I haven’t discovered yet. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Back Market and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Better to just buy a refurbished phone from Apple that is guaranteed to work for a little more money.

    The phone is okay. Not great. It has difficulty finding blue tooth devices. In fact it has not been able to pair with a majority of my devices. No customer support to speak of. It’s either send the phone back or live with. Not thrilled. Not sure I would purchase again from you.

    I went from a 6S (2013) to an 11 with 5E (2022) What a letdown ..... This one doesn't have the central bottom button I m constantly wiping the screen to get some life out of it If I could do it over or trade it in for another one WITH the central bottom button I would do it today !! It is not damaged yet, but I am about to throw it in the corner. This is certainly NOT a phone you will use while you're in the car ..... I feel absolutely mesjoggene having bought this one. Once I get a connection or google what I was looking for it is OK, but before that, I am 5 minutes f...g and screaming to myself having bought this thing and did not watch the picture on the BackMarket site. I don't think they want to help me with a switch to an older model with that button, but I would be for ever thnkful if they did .....

    The iPhone was super scratched on the screen it came in a box with very few protección other than the Bubble wrap it was in, it has very visible scratches on the edges too but I mean the price wasn’t bad for that especially the memory I’d say it should of been listed as in fair condition!
