    I ordered a phone 9/16. It did not arrive as expected and had an undetermined delivery date. After filling out a slew of claims and talking with the Back Market team (who was very helpful by the way), we figured out on 9/30 that my package was missing or stolen. Luckily I was refunded. I ordered the same exact phone again. It arrived in a timely manner. My issue with the phone was that I chose EXCELLENT condition, which on Back Market was shown to me as having no scratches or dents. The phone I received was dead (which was inconvenient) and has a scratched screen, scratched back, dented sides and is missing color around the camera from damage. The phone works fine mechanically, which was the purpose of buying this phone, but I believe that if I'm paying extra for a phone in EXCELLENT condition then I should receive one in such condition.

    Arrived super fast and looked exactly like the picture. I got the "fine" condition and it definitely is, a few scratches (which I don't mind and expected) but none on the screen or camera. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last crazy long, like by 4 pm I should charge it. I'm also a college student though who is on my phone all the time so take that as you will, very similar battery charge as my iPhone 2020 SE I got rid of to buy this one. Would buy again and maybe get a better condition :) so cheap

    Ordered a Space Gray iPhone XS Max 256GB model and ended up getting a White one. A simple mistake but cmon, how do you mess that up. I even checked the receipt in the box to make sure it wasn’t a mistake on my end and even that receipt said it was supposed to be black. Just kinda disappointed that such a simple mistake could have happened.
