    I wish there would have been a SIM card sent with as tracfone couldn’t use Esim for some reason. I have now purchased a second SIM card as the first one didn’t come with the nano sim required. It’s been rather stressful not knowing if it was me or tracfone or the phone. Otherwise the phone is near perfect I assume ( I know the phrase) it will be worth the crap I must shovel to get this phone in service. Will update once all is done. The faces review are only to allow my comments to be seen I hope to have the opportunity to give an honest review in the future. The frustration of getting the phone on my service is over all eventually went ok. As far as the phone WOW!!! It is fantastic what an upgrade from my old one it appears to be in new condition other than the battery, it lasts me all day with much to spare. I love this phone, and the money I saved is a great benefit. I’d do this all over again in a heartbeat.

    I love my new phone, the camera is awesome. I do recommend that you get insurance. I dropped my phone the first day and broke the screen. Unfortunately, I didn't get the insurance, and had to get a new $200 screen installed. Lesson learned.
