I was nervous to buy a refurbished iPhone anywhere other than through Apple but the iPhone 13 mini was never available at the Apple Refurbished store, so after looking around I felt the most confident purchasing through Back Market. The 13 mini I purchased arrived a couple of days early and I received notifications when it was going to be delivered so I'd be there to sign for it and the driver did require a signature. The phone was exactly what I'd hoped for and now I feel a little silly being so worried about it. I will buy from Back Market again.

The phone is amazing. Can’t tell if it was even refurbished cause it arrived brand new in every single way outside of the original box. 100% battery capacity and not a single spec of dust or any blemishes at all! Had a galaxy s22 ultra with 5,000 mah battery and iPhone 13 mini lasts a lot longer! Most definitely recommend ordering in excellent condition since it came brand new to me!

I was worried to get a refurbished phone through somewhere other than apple store itself but turned out to be a good experience. Purchased good condition and hoped for a jackpot for an excellent condition like I heard from other reviews on youtube, but got just what I expected. Was most worried about the screen condition and the screen was perfectly clean and already had a protective shield on it. Battery health was 88. I would use back market again for my next phone

I was pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone here, since we don’t get to see pictures of the actual phone.. but I was looking on Mercari and between that app and this one, this one felt safer cus there’s the option to return if anything were to be wrong with the phone + the warranty it comes with. I bought the phone in “good” condition and was really hoping for a good battery health percentage, to my surprise the battery health is at 100%. Only small downside is that the screen and back glass have minor scratches that can be noticeable if you’re really looking for them (which I was lol).. but honestly, I don’t mind, it’s not that bad for a phone that cost so much less than it would have if I got it new or on Mercari.. this app had better pricing. I love how small it is, I think it’s going to be perfect for what I wanted it for! I’ll definitely consider this app in the future! I love buying second hand but I’ve never done so with a phone and I wish I knew about this app sooner cus I always buy my phones brand new from the Apple Store.. would’ve saved myself a ton of money when I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The battery, although at 87%, is very disappointing. I've had an Iphone 7 for several years, and it's battery lasted much longer than this one, for at least 2 years. Unfortunately, when I ordered this refurbished phone, getting a new battery was not an option. I'm also finding that the key size, although possibly wider, seems smaller top to bottom. I find it difficult to accurately type than with my previous iPhone 7. Had I realized this, I would have purchased a slightly larger version. When I tried to leave a response with the help center, over the past week, or tried to choose a "less than smiley" face, I was unable to post a comment. I received a response of a system error. Are you unwilling to receive less than pleased comments? (I was able to easily send in a positive review for my husband's refurbished BackMarket phone)

Very good quality! Nothing but impressed. My one thing I would love to see on refurbished websites is full-disclosure about battery health. This particular model I received had 86% health, which I agree is good! for a refurbished model. But again I would love to see this in the sell description, if that's even possible, considering these companies have multiple models up for sale.
