    This item was rated excellent with respect to it's condition. However, when it showed up, it had a dent on the outer surface right next to the apple logo. I didn't expect a visible dent on the outer cover and certainly didn't expect one that was rated excellent.

    Honestly I have absolutely no complaints. There was only one small chip extremely small, only noticed resting my palms near the track pad other than that. The body is perfect. The screen is perfect. Everything is working well the battery is absolutely perfect. Would definitely buy from them again and use back market again.

    The earbuds have been great. Excellent quality for the money spent. They looked like brand new. The service from Back Market has been great. My only issue was the delivery. Fed-Ex was the carrier. I had ordered them over the weekend, so got the confirmation from Back Market that they should be delivered Weds./ Thursday latest. Well, after the pickup was made, they sat in the Fed-Ex hub for over a week before they finally got to our local facility. The day they finally were delivered (9 days after the original delivery day) the driver just tossed them at the front door and took off. Luckily, they were packed well.
