    I bought this in 2020 I still have this laptop (currently using now). we've been together for 3 years going on 4 and it still never fails me. I'll definitely be coming to backmarket for everything. Two days ago I ordered a new iPhone 14 pro max, I'm waiting on its arrival but I know you guys won't disappoint. I plan on upgrading my laptop next and getting an iPad Pro.

    I ordered two phones from this seller. One is for daily use and the other is a backup because I can't afford to be without a phone for my business. I recently tried to activate the secondary phone and Verizon says it is on a lost / stolen list and cannot be activated. This seems like a huge scam. One works and the other doesn't

    This is the second time that Back Market has really come through for me. I got a refurbished Garmin watch, and had such a good experience that I then bought this refurbished iPad. It's exactly as described, good battery, works great! I am very satisfied and I'd recommend backmarket to anybody.

    I have a similar model bought late 2015 new. I never had a problem. Now need another for my child doing pre k from home zoom. I did not know what to get her on our tight budget and only know that Apple is really good and don't want to go to Google chrome or Windows, which leaves me to go with mac mini and to save money go with a refurbished model. I checked around and this model seemed like it would work and so far has been easy to work with and happy with the company handling the sale. So far happy with the product and the sale.

    The order shipped super quick and arrived earlier than expected. In terms of quality, the watch exceeded my expectations. For a "fair" quality watch the only noticible issues were some very light scratches on the screen that you barely notice unless you're really looking for them. The case had no noticible scratches or damage at all. The watch shipped with a new (basic) sport band and a new (basic) charging cord. Additionally, another leather band was still attached to the watch, though that seemed a little more worn and didn't match my style, it definitely didn't detract from my overall experience. The watch reports 100% battery health and reported no issues of a non-apple battery being used. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations by a large margin and I'm now considering making all my other purchases for devices refurbished.

    I got the mint condition Apple watch but it was actually in a very decent condition than I expected! No scratch whatsoever came with 2 watch bands and a charger! I don't know about the battery life yet but should be okay since it was in a mint condition. In overall, I would definitely buy again from this refurbish store! Satisfied w/ my purchase.

    At first, I was skeptical about buying a refurbished tech product, but after two orders from Back Market (a galaxy 20+ in the good condition, and galaxy buds pro in excellent condition), I am very pleased with this website. All of the items arrived within 5 days of ordering, (from Maryland and Missouri to Tucson), and arrived in full working order. The items were both in perfect condition, with no scratches, dents, or any cosmetic damage! The s20+ had a little bit of dirt on it, but I could wipe it off, to look like brand new. The galaxy buds pro came in their original packaging, with the factory seals on them! All in all, I am very pleased with Back Market, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The s20+ battery was around 95% of the factory capacity, and I can go 2-3 days on a single charge.

    I was a bit hesitant about ordering from a site I'd never seen before with affordable Apple products, but I was on a strict budget for a laptop that would work with Final Draft to travel with and I took a chance on a 2015 MacBook air for less than $300. They were great about keeping me informed on the delivery and when I got it it was way better than I had anticipated. I'll be back for future needs.
