    The delivery was quick and simple, I didn't have any problems with any of it. The phone is in great condition and I don't have any complaints at all. It does not come with a key to open the SIM card tray however I found out that a 0.5 lead mechanical pencil works to open it as long as you are careful and don't break the lead in the hole. Phone works great and I love it

    why did my unlocked phone have verizon on it?? Why did it work the first 2 days but the moment I got everything set up it started lagging, it is also encrypted why?? now it's overheating just by being on, if you going to sell a 7 year phone for so much money and claim it's in excellent condition make sure it's in excellent condition on the INSIDE as well! What is the point in having a pretty phone if I can't USE it?! Not only that but the phone is Not like the Note 9 I still have.

    The phone was great until it just stopped charging. I’ve tried different cables, apple authentic charging cables and my phone won’t charge. The charging port is clean and there is no debris in the port. There’s no reason for it to not charge anymore other than it’s a faulty charging port. They want me to send this one back for repair but I’ve already traded in my old phone so now I won’t have a phone until this one is fixed and it may not even be fixable. Over $500 for a phone that stopped charging in a month. Not stoked.

    Service wouldn’t charge easily, Cable kept popping out. I had to clean the charging port and found that A LOT of lint/debris was jammed inside. Phone regularly overheats/freezes/crashes. Otherwise the phone is ok and is cosmetically near perfect.
