It’s everything I was hoping for! I’ve never been happier about a refurbished purchase, this MacBook is perfect and there isn’t a single thing wrong with it. I use it every single day 10/10. I love it!

I really like my MacBook Air (2022). The title claimed it was a 13.3 inch screen, but it was actually 13.6 inch. No complaint, just had a super confusing time looking for a “13.3 inch screen for an M2” Because they literally don’t make those😂. My laptop arrived when it said it would and I got the product I wanted. All great things from BackMarket and I’ve even purchased from them again since. I just have one problem. Have no idea if it’s related to the company, product, or just a crappy situation. But, I’ve only had my laptop for three or so weeks and it has locked me out. I know I have the right password and everything but no matter what I do, I can’t get into my laptop. It’s frustrating cause it’s so new to me and I put a lot of money toward it. Plus, I need it in a couple of months as I go off to school and even now as I’m prepping for school.

I bought MacBook Air M2 16GB RAM - SSD 512GB but I received one with 8GB RAM. Their option it was to return it and receive the money back or the proper one. Because I had to leave the USA the next day, I couldn't wait and I already had the data moved to the new laptop. I proposed that I keep the laptop and that they return the difference to me. It's been about a week of... discussions (normal discussions without threats or anything like that - the people I talked to were very kind) and I received the acceptance for returning the difference. In three days I had the money in my account. Thank you. I will buy from here again when I have the opportunity and I will recommend the site to my friends. The laptop was new, in the original box.

Looks like new, no scratches or blemishes on a black mac air. Battery health is at 100%. Only complaint is the cheap charger that over heats, bought a Apple one instead. Came earlier than expected, will be buying from this seller often.

Came in perfect condition! I was a bit worried about purchasing from here as I've never done so before but I can proudly say that the Mac that I received was in great condition! Battery life is superb and the only "issue" is there's a slight scratch on the apple logo. If I need anything I will definitely be using back market again!
