I received the 2020 model (4th generation), not the 2022 (6th generation). I thought I was getting a great deal but instead I was taken advantage of. unfortunately the Apple Pencil I bought from you was a knockoff and did not include all of the features it should have.. I was on the phone with Apple customer service for hours and thankfully they sent me one that was real in exchange for the one I was sent from you.. I do not appreciate that from you as a company as I decided to make this large purchase from a company like back market. it would have been more understandable if it were to be mentioned that it would have been a knockoff pencil and I would have sent my money somewhere more reliable. The overall performance given is for the pencil. The item was originally listed as “very good”, but it had a hairline crack on the screen when I got it. I returned it and got a refund with no issue. Just put me back to square one to find the right iPad for me.
