    The device is fine. However, there was no wifi driver installed so to get on internet and get everything set up- I had to use another computer to download driver, transfer to a jump drive and then put onto the Dell. I didn't have an ethernet or a jump drive so this was a HUGE hassle. I spent several hours on chatGPT trying to figure this out and almost just returned this thing.

    I ordered condition good from KMC systems and it was below fair condition. I can't believe they sent me the laptop with deep and big scratches all over it. The edges were beat all up and the keyboard had stains all over it. The screen had pot marks too. This was my first time ordering from Back Market, it was not a good experience. I returned the laptop right away. Can't believe this seller put the conditon as good.
