    The phone came with 6% charged. it took hours to completely charge. I believe the battery is not full capacity. Honestly a little frustrated. I ordered phone then immediately realized it was in fair condition and tried to suspend order. literally 5 minutes I wasnt able to cancel order. I emailed immediately and person said not able to cancel. Honestly that wasted the seller's time and mine. I wanted to buy a good or excellent phone and I would have done that and not have to go through all this. my experiences in past have been good with back market.

    Purchase was smooth and easy. After a few weeks the Iphone mini 12 I ordered started to overheat during normal use. Time will tell if it lasts or is a lemon... I need the phone every day for work so sending it back for repair and waiting will not work. Can backmarket send a replacement and then I can send back the defective Iphone I was sent?

    I've been very happy, although the ignorant part of me thought I was ordering a galaxy s21 + 5g (meaning including 5g) rather than a 21+!     Problem is with the supposed refurbished phone. The earpiece volume is very low and can’t be adjusted with volume controls, loud speaker volume works with controls only earpiece. I bought 2 phones. Order# 4773977, gold IPhone12 Promax is the issue. The other phone is working, just some App issues no phone I am working on. I would like to replace this phone with another phone rather than repair and obtain a refund and pay for the new replacement But still be valid with return policy. I would like to get a new replacement phone before sending back defective phone to download data. If this requires me to purchase anther phone of equal value from you to preform this task, okay, however I require verification that I will receive a total cash or visa refund and not a voucher to purchase something else rather than a monetary cash refund for the return of defective phone, and still meet the return requirements policy

    it was pretty much almost perfect, the only thing I noticed was a slight grid when I looked at a white background that you couldn't even see if you were at a normal distance, I paid for a Fair condition phone and honestly, it was in perfect condition other than want I said about the grid, it shipped in around 5 days and was completely functional, would recommend!
