    My cynicism and doubts were quickly eliminated after receiving my order and assessing the incredible quality of my “refurbished “ item. Upon opening the packaging, it was if I had received a brand new product from Bose itself. I couldn’t distinguish this “very good” earphone from the item I had purchased brand new from Bose years earlier. Syncing and then listening to the quality did nothing to change my initial impression. Add in the price, well worth the delay by Fed Ex in the delivery. I can’t speak for others experience with Back Market but this being my first purchase, I am so glad I took the “dive”. Very impressed!

    I am very satisfied with my purchase. Only one complaint, and a small one at that, is that the charger was still dirty from the previous owner which makes me worried that the headphones weren’t cleaned either, so I purchased new ear tips just in case.

    I use these nonstop and this is one of my best audio purchases ever. I am almost never without these as I am very easily overstimulated and need to "isolate." Before buying these I regularly used earplugs when out but these are so much more effective. I'm not an audiophile by any means but I very much enjoy the sound quality of these. I use them for both my mobile and PC and they perform extremely well for both.

    I got the product for around 20% of the original price. I was very skeptical, and I even had suspicions of the whole thing being a scam because I’d never heard of backmarket before, and the price was far below anything else I was looking at. Then, the product came in excellent condition (as advertised). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Battery wasn't as good, about 5-6 hours use on full charge. I had to adjust the EQ on my phone to get the right sound. Friends couldn't hear me during calls. The default connection language is in Mandarin, followed by English. I don't know whether it's a properly refurbished product. The cosmetic is good though, however, I doubt the refurbishment quality.
