    Received 'good' condition and I don't see any flaws. It came with an after market charger cord and usb that are mismatched but I already have plenty of chargers so no issue with it. I don't see any flaws anywhere personally. Keyboard is tested, max capacity is 86% and battery cycles around 250. I appreciate spending a little bit more for the back market warranty and would definitely recommend based on my experience. I purchased to use as a dedicated computer for a new business I'm starting up and was nostalgic for the 2020 MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar so I'm so happy to have this!

    The device arrived in excellent condition as described and works perfectly. The only flaw was a worn nib on the stylus but was easily remedied with a spare a family member already had. The shipping was very quick and it arrived before the anticipated arrival date.

    I have had a wonderful experience with my S24 Ultra, absolutely no issues and it was in flawless condition! It was easy to buy, easy to transfer data, and everything has been great. I originally got the insurance because I was worried about the device being lost or stolen in transit, but had no issues. The parcel was packed very well will a tamperproof tell-tell.

    I was very skeptical about this because I've never ordered a refurbished item before, I've had it for a day now (which isn't long) but its so much better than a new, unsealed device I bought from walmart which was a.Samsung A7 Tab, which was around $220, it wouldn't charge or had S-pen compatability. I got this one for about $40 less for a better model with S-Pen support, I will be using this app much more!

    These were gross when they arrived. You would think they would at least have been cleaned before being resold. The inside of the case was pretty gross with the previous owners ear-cheese. Took a while to clean out and disinfect. Also had to use Loctite Fun-tak to clean gunk out of the speaker mesh on the earbuds themselves. Something like should be cleaned as part of the “refurbishing” process.
