    I got this phone in"excellent" condition. Absolutely lives up to the name. It looks and performs like it came right out of the box. I put my sim card in, and everything worked perfectly, no issues. The phone is fast, the battery life is superb, shipping was fast, I have zero complaints. 100% 10/10. I'll be using back market for all my phone purchases from now on, and I'm telling all my friends.

    I'm very happy with this phone and the BackMarket service overall!! It doesn't appear to even be used. It's very much like new and has been functioning well. There was an issue with my tracking # and the seller contacted me via email to make sure I had all needed information. I'm happy with the phone and the service. I will use BackMarket again.

    Product came on time exactly as stated it would arrive. The phone is fully functional as I intended it to be. Great quality in like new condition. The only imperfection Ive noticed is a tiny yet long barely noticable scratch on the screen. But its only noticable in certain lighting and at a specific angle. Im very happy with this purchase! Will buy here again in future. Thanks guys for such a great experience!

    The Samsung A20 phone purchased in March 2021 is not supported by AT&T and stopped working in March 2022. A longer useful life was expected. The Samsung and Motorola phones did not work with Verizon. The Moto phone is in use and working ok.

    Phone came in pretty much new condition, no complaints of anything there but when I use the always on display there is a single pixel of the lcd screen that I can see is out, doesn't bother me much but I imagine it can spread if I'm not careful with handling my phone. Only other complaint would be that sometimes when I charge my phone and watch video I'll see the charging circle that comes on the center of the screen come and go, so I imagine the charging port could be the issue if it isn't just one of my chargers. All in all still a pretty good phone, I do not regret my purchase.
