    I ordered a HomePod mini that was supposedly in "excellent" condition and it literally will NOT turn on. I've tried plugging it in with every charger in multiple outlets in my house. I requested a return via Backmarket's "Live Chat" but no one has responded for multiple days. I am so upset and disappointed with both this seller and backmarket. As of now, I will never use Backmarket again. What a pain.

    i brought the apple watch from you. It was in the condition I was expecting. When I looked up which watch was compatible to the the iPhone 8 plus, that watch came up. I asked you if the watch was compatible, you stated yes it was compatible. Well it turns out it was not compatible and I ended up buying a new iPhone. But here is my BIG issue with your service. it takes so long for anyone to get back to me. may I suggest, you invest in phone lines. I found it very daunting to send you an email then WAIT for someone to get back to me if they did. That is your drawback. Could very well cost you business.
