    I ordered the excellent condition model. It arrived quickly and I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new (other than it not coming in the original manufacturer packaging). I came from a Note 20 Ultra and am very happy with my purchase.

    I was skeptical making this big purchase for a "FAIR" condition refurbished foldable device. Even with the decent discount. But the return policy is pretty good so I took a chance. Was terrified to see how damaged it would be. Front screen does have a crack in it but it is so small you can barely even see it and there is glass screen protector over top of the crack so you cannot even feel it at all or even notice it. The rest of the phone is absolutely flawless. No issues whatsoever. No other signs of wear. I assume the previous owner just didn't really like this style of phone. It came unlocked as described. Took 5 days to receive. I would definitely purchase from Back Market again. Love this phone

    I was immediately thrown for a loop when I noticed that purchasing the phone for MORE storage was cheaper than the lower option I had already selected but the ordering process was amazing. I ordered an IPhone 14 Pro Max - Good condition with 512gb of storage. It’s essentially a brand new phone on the outside other than the 86% battery health that came with it but beyond amazing overall.

    My Galaxy S23 is the first time I've purchased a used smartphone, and the first time I've purchased anything from BackMarket. I am delighted with the condition of the phone - it looks brand new - and works great. My overall experience with BackMarket was good, too.     Have been using this phone for about a month and I love it. Good price and in a like new condition. Battery health is 100% and last me the entire day and also charges to 80% in no time. Haven't encountered anything bad as of right now but after a year of usage I'm sure my answer could be different. Satisfied with my purchase, you get what you paid for.

    Works fine! A couple of defects on the back and screen, but you get what you pay for. I put a case on it and I can't really see any of them. I noticed the temperature sensor does not work accurately, but that's most likely an issue with the phone itself rather than the refurbishing. I would definitely order from the seller again Additional thing, the seller sent a type-c type a USB rather than a type-c to type-c. A little bit of a hassle, just because I had to fish one out to transfer the data from my old phone but other than that I have no complaints about accessories
