    iPad came exactly as described in excellent condition and am very pleased that the battery condition is at 100%. I was getting tired of being limited by the 64gb of the iPad Air 4th Gen as my use cases for my iPad started to expand and was happy to find a deal on a massive 512 GB version of the new M series iPads. I've never heard of BackMarket until now and was a bit skeptical but, glad I took the plunge and will likely shop on BackMarket again. As for the seller I had to knock off a star as like others have mentioned the packaging isn't great whatsoever. I used to be a seller on eBay and one thing everyone in the U.S knows is whatever your shipping make sure it's packaged well as all it takes is one little bump in the bumpy ride that is the postal system and your goods are damaged. I attached some screenshots of how it came so I'll say the seller got lucky in this instance lol but, if you want a full 5 stars I'd work on shipping. Also it came with a charging brick and lightning cable which I don't mind (another free charging brick) but the lightning cable is a bit useless considering iPads are all now using USB-C.

    Reason for taking out 1 star is below!! Got the "Excellent" condition. I was having lower expectations. But the iPad turned out to be flawless. There are no visible scratches or dents. Everything is perfect. I will be buying things from here for way lower prices instead of investing in brand new products. I took out 1 star because of the packaging. The iPad was packed in a bubble bag, and the box it was packed in was big. The iPad was moving freely inside it and rattling. I was concerned about damage before opening it. I understand they want to keep it cheap. But they can do a better job by filling it with some paper or some orther thing to stop it from moving freely.

    I bought it excellent condition it came super dirty on the keyboard and with one relatively deep deep dent in the metal on one corner and with little bits of cosmetic damage but the screen was fine. I contacted customer service and they gave the option to have it partially refunded or returned so I took the partial refund of $120 and went and got it professionally cleaned and bought an official apple charger (they don’t come with official apple chargers). I’ve had the computer for at least a couple weeks now and it seems perfectly fine to me except the gash and the cosmetic damage which aren’t a deal breaker but I did buy “excellent” condition and I would call that good by their own standards.

    Terrible DO NOT buy from them. Listed as "Excellent" but came with multiple dents and deep scratches. Also I did the built in apple diagnostics and it showed that there were sensors not being detected and the left fan not working.
