    Wonderful. Came with a generic keyboard and mouse, which I was not expecting but maybe that's on me for not reading the fine print. Everything else is fantastic. Computer works great and is in good condition, which the exception of a small chip on the top front corner of the screen. You can't tell unless you knew where to look. I will most likely be purchasing another refurbished device from here in the future and definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to get a new iMac for a great price!

    The condition is, in fact, excellent! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about buying a 6-year-old refurbished MacBook, but hey, I didn't have anything to lose! I personally just use it for school and projects, so I can't really comment on how it handles heavy software. For current experience so far, it has crashed on me once! Totally worth it!

    The refurbished iPhone SE EXCEEDED my expectations. There is absolutely nothing to indicate it isn't brand new. I got this particular phone to replace my original SE. I generally use the phone to simply make phone calls. How weird is that? I like the small size since it easily slips into a pocket on my trousers. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

    I was a little skeptical if I would get something close to excellent. This was the best option I had instead of buying one from Apple. Only downside is it didn’t come with a MagSafe 3 charger. came with a type C which also charges, but I just had to buy the MagSafe charger myself. It’s the best thing I’ve bought here.

    I have purchased from backmarket before without any issues whatsoever until this time. I received the my SE in excellent physical condition, no problems there… then upon attempting to power on it was DOA (severely under charged). No biggie… waited 10 minutes, it turned on fine, and then i loaded my phone from my backup. Boy did the battery drain fast!!! That’s why I opted for a new phone because my battery life was horrendous on my previous phone. I checked the battery health on my newly received iPhone SE gen 3 and it was at 71%. So obviously I was Not impressed… these are supposed to come “fully refurbished” apparently this one slipped through the cracks. I reached out to start the process of getting this issue fixed by backmarket. Im sure they would’ve fixed it but they whole process is extremely time consuming and then you are without a phone the entire time. My guess is atleast a week or more. So I opted to just take it to apple and have them do it for $65, and only an hour of waiting. Overall the phone was fine and it functions as should. Whoever was doing the final checks before sending my phone out the door needs to take a look at themselves and do better because this phone was not fit for duty battery wise.
