    The iMac 21.5" Retinia late 2015 is a present I gave myself for Christmas. It arrived in plenty of time. Was rated accurately as very good condition. One chip out of the edge of the screen and a few scratches on the back of the computer. So far no problems, very fast processing data.

    This review has far more to do with the seller, PHILLITECHNO LLC, than the laptop itself, because it's clear this was not tested before being shipped out. The keyboard is unusable - 30-40% of the keys registered most (not all) clicks, but the majority have to be pressed down very hard and deliberately for any chance of the letter (or number) to register on the screen. Also when I first turned it on, it loaded to the log in screen for "owner", which suggests there was not a factory reset done before sending it my way. The computer did arrive clean (slight bit of dirt in the crevice around the track pad, but otherwise nothing noticeable), it's very pretty, the screen looked to have good graphics, and it feels very sturdy. That's really as much as I can say about the computer itself - it's amazing how little you can do without typing! Couldn't even connect to the Internet since I couldn't accurately type in the password. This is minor in comparison, but they also shipped the laptop late - didn't even ship it until it was withing the "estimated arrival window" that it was supposed to have arrived to me. Overall just a bad experience and I can only recommend to steer clear of this particular seller.

    Originally, the computer I was sent had a glitch issue with the screen. I contacted the seller through BackMarket and they were very communicative and helpful. They either fixed, or sent me a duplicate computer - I am not sure which, since they look exactly the same. The new one that they sent functions perfectly; it's fast, bright, and exactly what I ordered + needed.
