    I ordered this computer and less than a month later, it is a dud. Barely even turns on. Of course there’s multiple hops to go through before I can get reimbursed or a new laptop. Just get it from Best Buy - customer service is more helpful and less foolishness to go through

    The computer itself is in good condition. They sent the wrong charger with the computer and so I had to buy a new one separately. When I read the comments on several different computers this seems to be a reoccurring theme so expect to have to buy a new charger yourself. Tried to report it but would have had to send the entire computer back just to show it’s the wrong charger and I don’t have time for that.
