    I ordered my item on 2/23 and was supposed to receive it on 2/29. When on 2/28 I had not seen it move in the USPS I contacted them. I was told 'I totally understand your concerns and agree that your item was supposed to be delivered today, however please note that we are working with the shipping companies and do not provide shipping Back Market. As this is the case we have to follow their procedures as well as you, it means if our customers pay for expedited shipments we have the audacity to tell shipping companies that they need to be fast as they have paid for them to be faster. However if our customers are fine with standard shipping which usually takes 2-3 or more days, unfortunately we cannot do anything as shipping providers may face delays on the road due to weather, traffic and local conditions." On 3/5 I received a message that they were admitting there was a delivery error however I also received a message from USPS that my order was finally actually headed for my town. I received it on 3/7. A week after I was supposed to. There were no snowstorms, no tornadoes or hurricanes according to the weather channel. Now I find the battery holds a charge for about 15 seconds. My options are to send it back for repairs or just send it back. No thank you and no thank you.
