    The computer itself is in good condition. They sent the wrong charger with the computer and so I had to buy a new one separately. When I read the comments on several different computers this seems to be a reoccurring theme so expect to have to buy a new charger yourself. Tried to report it but would have had to send the entire computer back just to show it’s the wrong charger and I don’t have time for that.

    First off I got the wrong item a 3rd Gen X1 Yoga instead of a 6th Gen X1 Corbon, i kinda expected something was of due to sketchy shipping, I had to contact customer service and wait and waited......! ended up receiving the package a little later than i should have. I was excited to open the package and see my item, then I was quickly disappointed because I bought this laptop as EXCELLENT CONDITION but got FAIR or GOOD condition, the sides are ripped up with big dent. it would have been better if I had paid the extra $200 and get something brand new elsewhere. these sellers on BackMarket isn't trustworthy. Be cautious! Back Market have little control over these selling on their website. the risk is yours, but it would be wise to shop elsewhere.

    I didn't realize that keyboard would be so difficult. It is like an old school keyboard where it takes more effort to depress the keys. I have severe arthritis in my hands, so I was pretty unhappy about this. I'm also unable to deal with the time it would take to initiate a return and pick something else. I've used it mostly for Zoom meetings as I can't use it for that much else due to the keyboard issue.
