    This seller needs to pay more attention to what they are shipping. The first laptop had the wrong CPU installed when I checked the system info, the second one I got had a locked BIOS and damage on the screen when I ordered an excellent-condition laptop. A month of my time has been wasted. Back Market support themselves were everything I could ask for.

    Hello Back Market, the product works great with one exception,no sound can be heard from laptop, so to watch a Netflix's movie or anything on the net, sound does not work. I had I/T person look at it, spent another $100 to hopefully rectified sound problem and he thinks its a sound card in computer? I have loaded all my apps microsoft pro, malwarebytes, etc. What do you want to do now?
