    So far so good, the laptop I bought was rated in "good" condition, and appears to be better than that. The one thing that I have seen repeatedly on other reviews is that this laptop was supposed to have a touch screen and does not. Based on similar reviews, I was hoping it would, but also accepting it probably didn't. And it doesn't. It does have the other options I wanted...but a touchscreen is a pretty particular option and it's disappointing that so many laptops are advertised as including this option when they don't.

    It works well now. It wasn't easy to get to this point. I wish the product description had told me what other equipment would be essential. After my computer arrived, I had to buy a network cable, a keyboard, a mouse, and a particular video cable. To get the right accessories I had to do research into the computer model. Please make the product description more helpful.

    Item arrived severally damaged. On top of that, it was not in "Excellent " condition, as there was numerous signs of wear on parts that were not damaged in shipping. The item was listed as Excellent, which is defined as no visible signs of use or wear (only microscratches on unit). This one was fair, at best. Makes me wonder if the vendors on BackMarket even adhere to the condition rating policy. If the replacement units I receive is of similar condition, I will likely never use Backmarket again, as it will be obvious they dont hold their vendors accountable for the listing conditions.
