    I paid closer to 200 for this phone because someone stole my phone and I really needed it so it came and from the very first day it’s had battery issues. Also the screen is not as responsive as it should be, but I was OK with that, but the battery that’s just Unacceptable. I wanted to see if they could send a battery replacement for me as it would be ridiculous for me to try to go without a phone for a few days but all they can do is have me send the phone back so basically I would be out of a phone for about who knows how long. This is not helpful. Customer service is kind, but honestly useless if they can’t help me out with just sending a battery to me since I Purchased a Two year plan along with the phone. And this is how the warranty company makes money by making it so difficult that you just give up as with many others just like it. I’m very unhappy and no one could help so that’s my review.
