I am so impressed with the customer service of BM, the first pair of head phones had a echo to them. I sent an email and asked to exchange them. BM instructed me to just recycle them and they replaced it. Took about 3 days from email to grooving with the new set.

I've only opened one other pair of what I would call audiophile quality earbuds, but these are far superior, compared to the others. I have absolutely no complaints. They are multitudes more superior and perform way better than I expected if would have even been necessary to be given a five star review, from me. Exceptionally good sound profile. Only complaint regarding these is that it seems I've misplaced them. Ha ha. I with complete sincerity would recommend purchasing then to anyone in the market for the echelon earbuds.
