    Perfect! I ordered this laptop is good condition to use as a general personal laptop and it’s amazing! came in 3 days and only had a small group of tiny scratches all located in the same spot but other than that it’s like new! i absolutely recommend this computer.

    It came in an incredible condition. My only issue was that they sent me the T480S, which is absolutely not what I wanted. But if they sent the right laptop model, I know for sure I would have kept it just because of how brand new it looked!

    This might just be the best bang for the buck laptop you can get. After setting it up, it looked nearly flawless, had a new battery surprisingly, expected performance, decent thermal performance whilst doing benchmarking and doing productivity. And i get an average of 4 - 7.5 hours of use with light to heavy workload, which your results may vary. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and don't see a need to upgrade anytime soon! Therefore, I can dual-boot it and install Windows if needed.

    First time purchasing from Backmarket, or refurbished at all. I selected an Excellent condition Lenovo ThinkPad T14 2020. I am overall very pleased, my only issues are that something was clearly spilled on the keyboard but only the right arrow key is sticking & i can visibly see that something sticky is in there, as well as the battery life is maybe 2 hours so im always plugged in. Im okay with these things because i expected there to be something wrong as it is used and 5 years old.

    I love this Mac Book Pro. This is my first MacBook of any kind. upon unboxing the Mac it arrived in very good condition. there are no scratches of any kind that is visible to the eye, if at all. Of course it took some time to familiarize myself with system. Furthermore the product arrived as scheduled, the packing could have been better, more security for the machine. Nevertheless I'm very pleased thus far. In the future I would like to purchased a IPad from Back Market as well.
