    I received my $1000+ laptop and immediately started checking its specs. The battery life was at 82% left. Back market guarantees all computers have to have at least 85% battery life left. I contacted support and the said it could be repaired. So I sent it in for a repair. Instead of repairing it, they refunded the purchase. So I’m back at square 1 and someone else is going to end up getting a lemon computer because they are just going to resell this MacBook Pro as excellent condition and hope the next buyer doesn’t check battery life. Fraudsters not willing to back up their guarantees.

    I was very disappointed to receive this phone because I paid for an unlocked phone and the phone didn’t come unlocked. They did give me options but I wasn’t able to return the phone because I discarded the box and it would cost to send it back and also take time and she also said they may not have the phone in stock for that price. I was so upset and the only offered a $15 compensation if I did not send it back.
