    BackMarket doesn’t let me submit 3 stars without an exhausting process. I got an 2ghz i5 rather than the 2.3 ghz i7 I ordered. The item was on sale and I got the fair condition (device has some minor dings, scratch’s, chips etc) including a crack at the bottom of the display, the laptop itself works pretty well, it’s just I wish I got what I actually paid for.

    Screen arrived with two significant and quickly noticeable scratches. Purchased "Excellent" condition which states "flawless screen". Disappointingly, they could not guarantee if I returned the item for a non-scratched screen that it would be in stock. A small refund was offered. Makes me wonder what the additional $8.99 quality assurance cost added to your order is for. I have used this site in the past with no issue but it is clearly a gamble.

    Upon receipt, I was able to charge and configure the phone. After less than 24 hours, I could not charge the phone from any source (MacBook, electric outlet). I have cleaned the phone jack and the input cable connections. I am not happy.

    I purchased a 10 core cpu 32 core gpu MacBook Pro M1 Max with 64gb ram in excellent condition. The laptop received was packed in a bubble wrap and neatly packed but was a wrong one as it 1. Has 20 core gpu, I order a 32 core gpu 2. Came with a third party charger and type c cable 3. The keyboard and laptop had a lot of wear and scratches not anywhere near excellent condition. 4. I purchased a grey version I got a silver. 5. Showed me mdm lock saying it was owned by unknown. ( later was not able to see it).
