Ordered in good condition for a great price! I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a day early than the tracker estimated. It was clean and in excellent condition for the price and the age of the device! Came loaded with Windows 10 Pro and set up was very quick out of the box because device came fully charged! They had also installed an extended battery which I wasn't expecting, so I easily can get 10+ hours out of it from full charge. I was looking for a reliable laptop at a cheaper price and what I received far exceeded my expectations! Back Markets' communication and customer service was great. From the time I placed my order they kept me updated every step of the way until the package arrived at my door. Solid 5 stars all the way around for me!

Amazingly the battery only had 50 cycles. Passed all tests with flying colors. Very happy. I didn’t realize that it only had 2 USB ports, but that is my fault. Make sure you are looking up the specs at the manufacture’s website first. Will come back to Back Market on the future. Great value.

I am so happy and grateful for finding this site! My son's iPad stopped charging. It was 6 years old and only had a 16GB storage capacity. We figured for Christmas we would order him a used one, with greater storage capacity. The IPad that we ordered from Back Market, was in perfect condition. They rated it as "good". However, there were no scratches or blemishes on it, so I'm giving it a perfect 10. It looks brand new! It even came with a new charging cable! It also arrived earlier than what was promised to us. I will continue to order from Back Market in the future and I have already mentioned Back Market to family and friends! After my praise from our order, one of my best friends will be ordering an IPad off of Back Market very soon, for herself. Thank you Back Market, for delivering a stellar product at an amazing price. I came upon Back Market by researching refurbished iPads. I have the first gen iPad mini and it's just ready to die. The reviews around and about the web on Back Market looked promising. I found this pretty good deal for an iPad Air 2 from Revive IT, so I went ahead and bought it. I was comforted with the notices about increased safety procedures due to Covid19 which added a sigh of relief. Because of all the delays with processing, I wanted to contact the seller just in case something was amiss (anxiety issues). Revive IT/Back Market responded pretty quickly! They shipped my iPad the same day they responded, and I got my iPad sooner than expected! I was shocked. After charging up the iPad and setting up my Apple account, I started playing around with it to test all of the features and immediately updated to the newest iOS. Literally the definition of the perfect college laptop that doesn't require a second mortgage to be taken out. Plenty of space and processing power, with the battery lasting all day.
