    The I phone sent be your supplier has a stolen EIN designation. How do you work with suppliers who supply stolen goods or do not check out phone EINs. Why do you make us send the phone back to th supplier so they can sell it to your next customer? If your customer service was up to par, you would have taken responsibility, had the phone shipped to you and you would make sure that the next phone sent to me in your name would not be stolen. Frank Mor I am in my mid eighties and did not need this hassle.

    I don’t ever leave reviews and if I could post the proof I would. I purchased AirPods a few months ago for work when I needed them. They wouldn’t go to my address and post office for some odd reason, especially since I have ordered off this site before but not this seller. It took a week for them to finally accept the fact I DONT want the AirPods. I told the seller AGAIN TODAY, I DONT want the AirPods and he/she says, “so you deliberately gave us a false address and wasted everyone time? We can only refund you once we receive the return” not my fault it took almost a month and you wouldn’t accept for a week that I didn’t want the AirPods no more because I’m not driving two hours from my house to go get them.

    Hello Greg ! This is the SIXTH MacBook Laptop I have purchased in the last seven months and I have to say .... these machines are PERFECT !! They come complete, look like new and are ready and easy to set up. This laptop was the only one I had trouble setting up. It’s a good thing I am an old, experienced computer geek because the OS on this machine was totally corrupted ! I had to wipe the SSD and do a clean install of the OS Catalina (version 10.15), which fixed everything. I don’t think I will bother to purchase another laptop from the Seller: “Sell Phone Store”, too much trouble ... even the package I received looked like it was wrapped by a four year old ! It was really messy looking and unprofessional ... they just used old Post Office envelopes as packing - not what I am used to from Back Market ! I used to purchase all my MacBooks from eBay, but from now on you have ALL my business !! Thanks for a truly wonderful "online experience" . See you soon !
