    Hello my name is jeffrey N. I had purchased a 2017 Macbook air for $423.00 i bought the fair price one. i needed a laptop before a business trip so i paid 20$ for the 2 day shipment it was slightly late due to ordering so late on a weekend. still came in time though through emailing with backmarket.com they did a fantastic job getting it to me the day of me leaving. I run a tech business that actually sells computers. so for myself and this review this should be a stared review due to the fact i build computers for a living was just feeling lazy. I also never do reviews o believe when i buy something it should be as it. as that's how i do it at my business. but back to the main review the fact i went onto a random website with great pricing on macbooks them self's. The price you cannot beat with the 12 month warranty on them then the promo for broken screens and ect. A+++ the quality of the macbook pro air A++++ barley any visible scratches i mean i had to look with squinted eyes just to see light surface scratches which if your a normal person just looking at it you would of never noticed. Now the only thing i did not enjoy was the charger it was filthy like it was never cleaned. i give that a B- for the fact i understand these where used but it took me a whole 45 secs to do a clean wipe and good as new idk why they didnt do it them selfs. Now the CONS i Have one con The left USB port has a short anything i plugged into it would make my screen go black unless it was a apple product. then it would connect then disconnect very fast. But overall i would give backmarket.com a 9/10 recomendation for what they are doing for the enviroment the the products i received where far better than my expectations

    Customer service was on point. Had a small mix up with the item received and when I contacted seller, he emailed an overnight return label then overnighted me the correct iPad so that i would have it in time before my trip. It’s not mistakes that are made that are issues, it’s how they are handled afterwards that show true customer service. I will be recommending backmarket to others for sure.

    I purchased a $1,400 elitebook for $400. I'm f@#king stoked! There's no where else that even came close to this price. I was super skeptical, but I trusted the many positive reviews. The only thing I noticed were 2 small dings on the edge of the laptop, but what do you expect when you're getting something $1,000 cheaper than retail? It's a no brainer. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

    I received my laptop 2 days earlier than expected, which was cool. The laptop is working fine and this is from a week of using it. I got mine in “very good” condition and there are visible scratches when gotten close to. The charger is working good but it came a little dirty. I’ve not had any technical issue since I have been using it and it works like a brand new laptop. I highly recommend for anyone having doubts.
