    PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! I repeat, do not buy. I bought a 16 pro from this seller and tried to run a diagnostics test, unfortunately, the phone would just randomly turn off and not come back on for hours on end. I couldn't even run the test because the phone was acting up. Please please please do not buy, the refund process takes a long time, look through seller reviews. Someone else said the same thing about this seller. Save your money!

    The device arrived with way more damage than advertised. I understand that selecting the cheaper "fair" condition means there will be some scratches and dings. Those are not the issue. The issue is that the device's magnetic charger doesn't even work. This technology is several years old and isn't something I can opt out of as all my chargers rely on that method. My older model is barely functioning and the ability to connect to a magnetic charger still functions. The device I was sent requires me to buy plug-in chargers just to get it to work. Extremely disappointed that this was considered sellable at that price.

    I was given a prepaid phone. I ordered it unlocked and when I received it there was already a number on the phone. And it’s connected to AT&T. How is that even possible when I bought it unlocked???? All in all the phone works great but I’m dissatisfied with it being a prepaid phone and not being unlocked.
