In such good condition i was a little apprehensive at first but as soon as I came it was perfect i was nervous abt it being locked with tmobil it may have a problem with my account but it didn’t at all just restart your phone after the sim is transferred so iMessage and FaceTime work!!

Phone looked new, exactly as expected. No issues at all and shipment as expected. FYI on refurbished phones, the backmarket default warranty does not cover water! You have to buy the extra warranty to cover it even if the phone was water rated when new. This phone is a result of learning that the hard way...

The phone has no battery damage which is great cause I can still charge it to 100%. It just has couple of scratches on the screen but they’re not really noticeable (they’re in the corner). Other than that it works fine and I’m satisfied.
