    I usually don't do reviews, but I thought this warranted it. I placed my order late on a Monday evening for Ipad Pro 12.9 and received it Wednesday. It came in a sturdy box inside a bubble wrap sleeve, very secure. Upon unpacking, inspected exterior for blemishes and was very happy with the condition. It basically looked brand new. And I had ordered the midrange level of exterior quality Ipad and was very pleased with what I received. I had read some comments about not getting the right charger and cord. Mine came with an Apple charger and nice cord. After charging for a little while I started through set-up and everything went well except for the length of time that it took to download all the updates. I have been using it approximately two weeks with no problems at all and have just recently added it to my cellular plan and it works great when we are out and about. Overall, I give the experience with Back Market 5 out of 5 stars! I will be looking there first in the future for my electronic needs.

    I was really nervous about spending all the money required on a laptop. I use my computers heavily for graphic design, photo and light video editing and I needed something hefty. But with my travel schedule, my old way of sticking with an iMac wasn't going to suffice. I have had my computer for a few months now and I LOVE it. It works perfectly. No problems. Looks like new.     I am really happy with the transaction. The phone this replaced was a 5s that was five or six years old so this is better in every way. Memory, camera, sensitivity, image quality. Some things are odd, like the glass in the screen is clearly softer than it used to be but I just got a nice case and protector to accommodate. Anyway none of the things I need to get used to are big issues and none are a problem with back market and the refurbisher. The selection was comprehensive, prices were honest, and the condition and shipping were outstanding. I didn’t care about getting a mint phone but that’s what I got. No sign of use. I got a TON for my money.

    There weren’t too many problems with the macbook air i purchased in fair, the charging box was pretty scratched, i’m not too worried abt that, but the macbook screen was bout flawless! there was 3 lil nics or lil scratches if you may on the exterior but barely noticeable other than that it looked brand spanking new!!
