iPhone X 256GB - Silver - Locked Verizon

It was wonderful and then I got in a car accident and it was trashed. So I ordered another one and got it today.

We are very happy with the phone and it's condition. Will definetly continue to order from back market again.

Paid for an excellent condition refurb iPhone X. The Bluetooth did not work, the speakerphone sounded awful on the recipients end to the point that the speakerphone was unusable. The screen was of poor quality, it didn’t scroll smoothly, there were ghost images, when I wore sunglasses driving it was nearly impossible to read. The battery was at 73% health instead of the 85% promised. The battery would also get quite noticeably hot. I would 100% have returned it given some time to discover these issues, but unfortunately dropped it before the new case arrived within 3 days. The back cracked during that initial drop- all of the previous listed issues were observed before the drop. It was useable, so unfortunately I considered it mine at that point. Fast forward, with a solid case 1 month later my dog nudged it off the nightstand no more than 2 feet off the ground. Landed on the backside, front screen looked fine… but upon turning on the display had a dark blue filter affect and horizontal and vertical lines which soon turned dark purple with an ink splot that spread until it completely enveloped the screen within a couple of hrs. Complete darkness. Still receives texts and calls I can’t interact with because the LCD screen is TOAST. The screen was faulty from the get-go, I’ve had iPhone’s for over 15 years at this point, dropped many of them numerous times and never experienced a completely botched display. Especially not after two, not terrible drops. Didn’t make it a single month before it was completely un-usable. I’d say it most definitely was not an excellent condition refurb.

Back Market sent me two bad phones in a row. My technician at Verizon confirmed that the quality advertised was incorrect, that both phones were in poor condition. Back Market said they would give me a refund after the returns period, and then decided to send me a replacement instead. This company is horrible, do not order from them. They are guilty of false advertising and selling low-quality devices. They will take your money, and they will do nothing to help you.

Phone arrived fast with update. Opened the box and the phone was not as ordered. I wanted a locked phone sent an unlocked phone, the good condition was not as described. Heavy scratches on the screen can be seen from arm reach and back and side deep chips. The phone I ordered last year was flawless. Not happy I can't talk with anyone. I never set the phone up. Sending back for a refund. Hope i my money back!!!

Fedex said they tried to deliver but nobody was home or business was closed. Someone was home every day all-day. Never received a text out for delivery and never made to the zip code. Fedex support wasn't helpful. Was returned to seller. Just waiting on my refund now.

I am really happy with the transaction. The phone this replaced was a 5s that was five or six years old so this is better in every way. Memory, camera, sensitivity, image quality. Some things are odd, like the glass in the screen is clearly softer than it used to be but I just got a nice case and protector to accommodate. Anyway none of the things I need to get used to are big issues and none are a problem with back market and the refurbisher. The selection was comprehensive, prices were honest, and the condition and shipping were outstanding. I didn’t care about getting a mint phone but that’s what I got. No sign of use. I got a TON for my money.
