    Could not be more pleased with this purchase! I bought the phone in excellent condition, and I can confirm that it was indeed as described. The phone itself was practically flawless, with the only exception being very minuscule and barely noticeable scuff marks on the very edge of one of the camera lenses. The battery health was great too, showing 92%. The phone booted up just fine, and the transfer from my iPhone 13 to this was seamless. It also came in SUPER fast and was packaged securely! Thanks!!

    I've only had it for a week, and so far so good. It's in pristine exterior condition, and the transition from old iPad to new was seamless, but I need to check it out internally to make sure all is good though I have no reason to doubt that it is. It arrived in less than three days and was already charged. The customer service has been excellent. I didn't reach out for any reason but they were kind enough to check in with me to make sure I'd received the iPad. It has been a positive experience thus far.

    I’m honestly really disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this iPhone expecting it to be in “Excellent condition” as described on the website, but what I received didn’t match that at all. The biggest issue is the side of the phone—it looks like it was coated or painted over, and that coating started coming off almost immediately when I removed my phone case. That’s not normal wear and tear; it feels like a quick cosmetic fix that wasn’t meant to last. For something advertised as being in good condition, I expected minor signs of use—not peeling or surface damage right out of the box. The description on the website was misleading, and it doesn’t feel like I got what I paid for. Overall, I wouldn’t trust the condition ratings from this seller based on my experience. Buyers should be cautious.

    The screen seemed to be replaced. I had a friend with the same IPad but my panel looked extremely purple and the mini led glow was present in both but in this one it was quite dominant. And it also arrived very dirty. Everything else looked fine, but after all this does that really matter?
