    I ordered the S25 Ultra phone on a Friday and it arrived the following Monday afternoon so 5/5! The phone appeared brand new altho it's refurbished; not a scratch. The setup for Google and Samsung was quick and easy but setup was overly time consuming for the cell service (Optimum) to transfer from my old phone's Sim card to new phone's eSim. However, that's not a BackMarket issue. Overall, this was a great buy & I will buy again from BackMarket for a laptop.
