    I've only had it for a few days. As a pair of headphones, they work really well. Unfortunately, the headphone pads were already peeling when they arrived. I spent another $20+ to get replacement pads that I'll have to install myself. That alone makes them fall short of what I'd call "excellent" condition.

    The laptop showed up with a test account. They didn’t even fully wipe the computer so I needed to reinstall the OS from a USB drive because the one on the computer was corrupted. Also the laptop even after the fresh install has random errors and needs to restart which tells me the SSD might be having issues as well. I will run a diagnostic test on it to make sure but if this was professionally repaired I don’t know why I would be constantly seeing this error code when I open it. Other than that the laptop is great.

    I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a Lenovo X1 Carbon that was listed as “Excellent” condition, but the laptop I received clearly does not match that grade. The device has visible paint loss, scratches, worn edges, and heavy cosmetic wear around the ports and corners. It looks like it has been used for a long time and only lightly refurbished. This is not what I expected from an “Excellent” condition product. I bought this expecting a high-quality refurbished laptop, but the actual condition feels misleading. I had to request a refund because the item was not as described. I would not recommend buying from this seller if you care about accurate condition grading.
