    MacBook came in poor condition, not just fair. I counted 10+ dents and over 20 deep scratches on all side of the device. The screen has a ton of pitting all over it, like someone had sand all over the keyboard and trackpad and slammed the computer shut. The only part that doesn’t have damage is the trackpad and keyboard. The MacBook also shipped with a generic charger and cable which isn’t apple approved and doesn’t meet BackMarket standards. The charging block it came with got so hot while charging I couldn’t even hold it. I brought these issues up to BackMarket and the agent was very unhelpful and stopped responding when I asked for a partial refund so I could buy the correct charger and hardshell case so the damage wasn’t noticeable and wouldn’t get worse. I’d also need to buy a glass screen protector so the pitting and damage all over the display aren’t noticeable while I use it. It shipped dead with 85% capacity too. I don’t mind keeping it but not for 380 dollars. Either way, I’m disappointed and this review is directly due to BackMarket not taking action on a partial refund. The shipping box also arrived damaged with a puncture mark as if another box or heavy object was dropped on it and went through the box. It caused an additional dent by the apple logo. Seller offered 20 dollars refunded, lol.
