    The MacBook arrived with the language set in Chinese so I had to go through the process of restarting it in recovery mode and Googling the steps to fix the language, which required me to reinstall the OS. So it was kinda annoying to have to do that before being able to do anything on the computer at all. The battery was also completely dead, and the charger included feels like its going to melt when it's charging so I used my old one. Some dings and one small divot in the screen. But it was a good deal on a MacBook Air that is working well, otherwise.

    This Mac is much faster than my previous laptop and I am just loving it! It was as advertises and all the parts that matter are in excellent condition. With a cover/shell on the laptop, one cannot even see the small dent on the bottom nor the light scratch on the cover.

    Had to send phone back. Battery drained fast despite indicating it was “normal”. In an hour of browsing social media it would drop 30%. Worse than my previous iPhone 11 Pro that I had for years! It had a replaced screen as indicated in the settings that was not certified Apple. I believe this is what caused the Face ID to not register my face on opening about 75% of the time despite redoing the Face ID and adding alternate Face ID. On certain apps it would just stop working and say it was possibly an internet connection (my iPhone 11 Pro never did this and my now purchased iPhone 15 pro refurbished from Apple never does this.) Randomly on about 5 occasions the phones screen would go black and I would have to reset it using the up volume, down volume, hold power button to force a reset. Not sure how they are selling this phone as functioning but it was anything but!
