    I’m a quadriplegic everything in my entire life is a pain in the ass all of the time. I brought an iPhone 12 off of Facebook marketplace, of course lots of stuff is wrong with it. The only thing that was an easy piece of cake was ordering this phone and setting it up and everything worked the way it was supposed to. I haven’t had any troubles with it. It’s been great thanks for doing exactly what you said you would do when no one else in the world fucking does.

    Buying a refurbished phone of course it’s not gonna work as good as a brand new one, but this phone is not it. I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max and when you talk to someone on the phone, on their end they hear static and my voice is muffled. Unfortunately I’ll have to return this phone. I wasn’t one of the lucky ones.

    Needed this phone quick when it became clear that my iPhone 11 was on it's last legs. I took time to look up reviews of all the different versions of iPhones in my budget range, and found that the 13 would be a nice upgrade camera-wise and most of the functionality would otherwise be very similar to my 4-year stint with the 11 – plus I could physically just transfer my sim card from one phone to another without having to deal with getting an esim assigned like you do starting with the 14. The camera itself is so much better and it's a feature I find really important to me. For some reason when I stopped into an AT&T store to see if I could get a new sim card that was less beat up, the store employee said that they could not give me a new sim card anyway unless I got the phone through them. That said, the transfer was pretty easy from one phone to the next using the cloud and the former AT&T sim card. I needed the phone up and running that day so was glad that the process wasn't too bad. However, in terms of the condition of this refurbished phone – I purchased the iPhone 13 in "Good" condition (there are 3 options - fair, good, and excellent) – and yet, upon arrival, the very edges of both of the camera lens' themselves have VERY VISIBLE chips/scratches. This does not seem to change the quality of pictures or video I'm able to take, however, it was still an unexpected thing to find for a nearly $350 product, not to mention that there is no way for me to take photos of the damage because the damage is on the lens itself. In the vague description on Back Market they claim that a phone in "Good" condition "May have micro-scratches visible from 8 inches away," and that the screen is totally free from scratches. I'm guessing that they do not count the glass covering the camera lens' as a screen in this case. Because the marks are fully chips in the glass (albeit small chips relegated to the edges), you definitely can see them from more than 8 inches away. Overall the shipping was fast and secure, the iPhone works as expected and I purchased a new case with broad ridge around camera lens and phone screen that same day to prevent any future scratches, dents or chips :) So far, so good.
