    After my OnePlus Open was stolen in Mexico, I thought I'd have to pony up $1600 for a new one. I found Back Market and saw that they had one left in top condition so I took a chance and ordered it. I was then worried the condition of the phone wouldn't be as advertised. Boy was I wrong! The phone was in MINT condition and looked like it had never been used. Great service and exceeded my expectations!

    The phone I received was packaged very well, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. The parcel contained just the phone and a generic charger, no manufacturer packaging. This was what I expected since it was refurbished. The phone was in excellent condition, as described. The phone functions well with both SIM cards, and the screen and battery seem to be in near perfect condition. Overall great experience, would buy again.

    I upgraded to the OnePlus 11 from my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I ordered the "good condition," knowing I'd be putting it in a case, and any cosmetic blemishes would be covered. I was delighted to get my phone and not be able to find any blemishes whatsoever. I have no idea what would separate this device from an "excellent condition" device. I have yet to find any flaws. The eternal green is marketed as being smooth in hand, and it is very smooth indeed. My wife immediately commented on how slick it is. But my plan from the outset was to put it in a case, so the texture is not an issue. I even found a clear case, so I still get to enjoy that awesome green color. The fast charging is excellent. Battery life is great. Even with no battery saving features enabled, I am easily getting a solid 24 hours of light to moderate use. I'll throw it on the charger while getting ready in the morning and have plenty of juice at the end of the day. I have been impressed with the cameras. I've seen mixed reviews on these cameras, but I'm guessing those reviewers were not coming from a 7-year-old device. I have been very pleased with the camera array. The zoom wheel is a nice interface. The alert slider is fantastic. I'm using it way more than I expected. I do wish it were customizable. Even just to remap which position gives which ringer option. I rarely ever have my phone on full ring, so having the silent and vibrate at the outside and the ring in the middle would be my preference. But it is easy to use as it comes. This is my first OnePlus phone, and I am very pleased with it, and I think I got a great deal from BackMarket.

    I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. Thank you to TheGeex and to BackMarket.

    Well, I've only had the OnePlus 12 for a week or 2 and so far so good. What I really like about the experience thus far is that I can get aftermarket phones that are functional and relevant and I don't have to break the bank. At this point I will never purchase a brand new phone, but go to the aftermarket and "Back Market" is the place to go. I don't change phones often; my last phone was the LG V20 and it was awesome. But my new OnePlus 12 is way better. Keep up the good work and I'll be back...

    phone is good. I'm not really an aesthetics person, don't care about scratches since I always put a case on my phones. the screen is good, finger print functionality is fine. camera works well. I'll always get from backmarket, just like I'll always buy a used car. inflation on new stuff is making the prices go crazy. of course, I care about the environment and all this stuff wrapped together make BackMarket the only place to go. also moved my wife and mother-in-law to this app, so I feel like Im helping them and the planet

    This is at least my 4th or 5th phone purchase from Back Market. The process has been extremely smooth. Great deals as opposed to buying a new $1K phone. All of my phones have worked flawlessly. (My last Galaxy S10+ had a line on the screen about 1.5 inches down. I should've returned it, but thought I could live with it. It did bother me though!) I've always bought unlocked phones because I don't use a big corporate cell service provider. I really like this S21+ 5G EXCEPT when it boots up it has the BRIGHT PINK TMobile Logo and sound, which I hate (due to bad experience with TMobile in the past)! I think I got rid of all the other TMobile branding like the browser landing page, the ringtone and TMobile app. I don't understand why whoever refurbished this phone didn't re-load a generic OS. All the other reburbished phones have never had any sort of corporate branding. Other than that, I'm OK with the phone, I guess. I still have 28 days to decide. I really don't see that TMobile logo that much, just when restarting the phone so it should be fine.
