After my OnePlus Open was stolen in Mexico, I thought I'd have to pony up $1600 for a new one. I found Back Market and saw that they had one left in top condition so I took a chance and ordered it. I was then worried the condition of the phone wouldn't be as advertised. Boy was I wrong! The phone was in MINT condition and looked like it had never been used. Great service and exceeded my expectations!

This is the third foldable phone I've bought from backmarket, previously was 2x Z Fold 3s. This OPO came in a bubble wrapped mailer nested safely in another bubble mailer. I feel like previous purchases did not require a signature, however a direct signature was required for this package and I ended up having to redirect it to a delivery location in a Walgreens to pick up after work. It did not come with the original 88W charger nor the case that comes with new OPOs, but it did include a 3ft USBC to USBC cable. The inner screen has the tiniest imperfection on the edge, not affecting or even close to the pixels/actual display. Otherwise the inner screen is perfect, not even dents which these phones are prone to. The outer screen has a couple deep scratches. I only noticed the scratches when my fingers brush over it and when the screen is off - I would personally not have called the screen "flawless" but not a big deal, certainly not bothersome enough to return. Surprisingly the metal frame was flawless, not even a scuff. $800 for a OPO that feels basically new, I can't really complain. As far as the phone itself, jeez. this was in near perfect condition. small scuff on the body but nothing on the screen. by far best purchase. packaging the phone came loose in a bubble wrap. it didn't come with the OnePlus USB cable nor OnePlus supervooc charger

Really nice phone in great condition! Shipping very fast - was it coincidence that phone is in the same state?!?! Also pleased that it is an actual dual sim phone since not crazy about eSims. It would have been if it were, but just not at all disappointed that it is not.
