    Phone was to be unlocked. It was not. I spend 3 hours trying to unlock it, 1 hour was with a rep from back market and they could not even unlock the phone, the rep said the phone was most likely from another country and did not have the proper soft wear to unlock it, so have to return it. They send a second phone that was to be on unlocked, again 100% locked . Do not buy phones from backmarket thinking you will just open it and have a simple set up. The second phone is also not able to be unlocked. I will never use backmarket again.

    I placed my order on a Thursday and it got here the following Monday in great condition with a couple scratches but nothing too noticeable. My order was shipped by seller the day after I placed it. It’s unlocked to any carrier just switch your SIM card. The phone is like brand new no glitches or issues with anything. My only problem is that the battery drains really fast but my package came with a charger and it charges really fast. I can’t complain about that though after paying $123 for a refurbished iPhone. VERY happy with my purchase will buy another one when needed.

    The phone is great quality. Looked like new when it came. The screen is notably faster than my husbands Google Pixel 6 that he just got from Back Market and slightly bigger, Which is great for me as I am able to read it better and therefor do more work on it ;) Very impressed with Back Market's quality and customer service! Only problem I have is the phone is so slippery it has fallen off of a table & ottoman from the vibration of someone walking through the room before the case I ordered could arrive. So I have added some scuffs to the screen :( Will definitley recommend Back Market to my friends
