    Initially a little hick-up as it would not recognize any SIM card. Had to go to a t-moble store to have them check it out they could not get a SIM card to work. However, t-mobile did some kind of "reprogram to use eSIM" and now the phone is fully functional. There's no SIM card in it, so thank goodness for eSIM. Other than that hassle, the iPhone 12 mini is working well.

    I was amazed by the quality of this phone. I spent a little more money on the excellent condition and it was worth taking a risk. Phone battery was at 100% and everything worked well. There was like one scratch but I could barely even see it. With a case on it’s not visible at all. Other than that it came like brand new. I was sceptical about this page but after reading many reviews I decided to take a risk. I’m glad I did!

    I ordered a fair condition iphone and expected it to be not that good, but it’s been a week now and the phone is working perfectly with two or three Scratches. I ordered a fully unlocked phone and it came unlocked, the delivery was very quick even though I ordered on a Friday night it came on Tuesday early morning ( since they don’t do weekend shipping).

    I hate this iPhone! But only because it’s so different from my 8 (Tim Apple’s fault-not Back Market). My phone was truly in excellff we BT condition. It was shipped to me within 3 days and I just had to charge it and let the transfer begin. Again, I do not like the newer changes (I want my Home key back 🤦🏾‍♀️) but I love Back Market. As a hesitant upgrader I found the filters so helpful when looking for my new phone. I knew I wouldn’t want to have to get a new phone anytime soon so I made sure that my choices included 5G capable equipment as clearly that’s where we are headed. I found, with the help of the filters, that the less expensive phone I was looking at unfortunately was not 5G ready so I had to upgrade now to make sure my phone remained relevant later. Then I just selected the cheapest one, hey, it’s a phone!!

    This has been the worst customer experience of my life. I ordered the phone it came in and does not function, will not update, and will not allow me to transfer my phone to it. I returned the phone telling you that I wanted a different phone due to these issues. I sent the phone it took 3 weeks for them to send me the exact same phone that will not update and will not allow to to transfer phones. I know this because it already had my wifi hooked up. I want my money back and I will never shop with back market again. In addition while I was waiting for the phone to come back to me some snarky customer service rep said that she had 'resolved the issues' by telling me it was in transit. 0 stars for this ass company.
