    Coming from Android to an iPhone XS in excellent condition with 256gb and couldn't be happier with it! I was looking to experience 3D touch before becoming obsolete, and as a former Mac of All Trades customer, I have bought refurbished before and wasn't expecting anything too great, but this came in and actually looked new. Save for a couple very light scratches at top right corner of the screen (not even visible unless without screen protector and under direct light) the phone was in perfect condition. Everything works as it should. Battery maximum capacity was at 88% so it was definitely pre-owned, but otherwise this is practically a brand-new device. Currently savoring all I can out of 3D touch until the day I upgrade to something newer. Read and look at seller reviews on this site like you would on eBay. I got my iPhone XS from TOR GROUP LLC on Back Market with the excellent condition option and was not disappointed. I also ordered it with the generic clear phone case from Back Market and it's fairly decent. With use of the guide stickers, I managed to get the glass lined up perfectly and the clear case currently holds a Polaroid and a random sticker which is fun. Tldr: good experience, would recommend

    Phone is pretty much perfect, no visible scratches or blemishes. The only problem was poor packaging. Small box that was smashed in on one side and the phone inside was only wrapped in bubble wrap with no other protection. Luckily it survived but could easily have broken when the box was mashed in. Improve the packaging and I'll be more likely to order again. I wouldn't risk an iPad or laptop packaged that poorly
