    Instead of receiving a 2009 24-inch iMac, I received a 2013 21-inch iMac which is not compatible with the software I am using. Instead of returning the computer, I decided to keep if for another purpose. However, I do wonder how or why such a substitution was made.

    It arrived and was a total dud. It would not even get past startup. What a waste of time. Then to return it, the label does not include pickup, so I need to take it to the UPS store. What a waste of everyone's time and money. I ended up going to a different website after such obvious lack of quality control. I've had good experiences with Backmarket before, but this vendor really ruined it for me. At least on this purchase. Maybe I'll be back some day Backmarket, hope you have better vendors then.

    You did not send me an iMac 24-inch (Mid-2007) Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz - HDD 320 GB - 1GB. You sent me a-Mac 21-inch (Mid-2011) instead, and you sent it very late. It took about 3 weeks to get this. If I decide to return this for a refund, I'm not sure that you could do THAT correctly either. I am very disappointed.

    I don't know how this happened, but my chromebook I ordered was advertised as being blue in the ad and when it arrived it was all black and couldn't connect to the internet. I had to shut the item down and I will be returning soon for a full refund. I'm very disappointed with this.
