    I'm on a restricted budget so ordered a "Good" quality Macbook. When it arrived, I couldn't find any issues with it whatsoever. It was just like brand new. No bezel cracks, no scratches, nothing. It was pristine and continues to work well at 3 weeks in. Good experience!

    The dock arrived with noticeable scratches and a dent on one corner, so it definitely looks used. That said, it functions as expected. When using non-Dell devices, it sometimes throws a persistent “USB not recognized” error, which may or may not resolve on its own. Overall, I’m fine with these issues since it works properly and was only 20% of the retail price.

    I ordered a refurbished MacBook through Back Market and was really excited about the price/specs, but the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The outer shipping box arrived badly torn open, with the MacBook packaging visible through the hole. For a laptop purchase, that is not acceptable. Even if the device ultimately ends up working, it immediately made me uncomfortable accepting the item because I had no way of knowing whether it was mishandled, exposed, or damaged in transit. To Back Market’s credit, support responded and acknowledged that my concern was reasonable. They advised me to inspect the device and said that if there is any physical or functional damage, they can open a shipping-damage claim and process a return/refund. They also said I can still use the 30-day return window if I’m uncomfortable keeping it. That said, the burden is now on me to document everything, inspect the MacBook carefully, test all functions, preserve packaging, and decide whether I’m comfortable keeping a device that arrived in a compromised box. For a purchase this expensive, that is not the experience I expected. I’ll update this review once the device is fully inspected and tested. For now, the product may still turn out fine, but the shipping condition was very concerning and took away a lot of confidence from the purchase.
