    At first I was extremely disappointed with the product I received. It was a Versa 1, but had been described as a Versa 2. However, the seller more than made it right; they did not have a refurbished Versa 2 in stock, so they had me return it and sent me a brand new Versa 2 at no additional charge. What's more, there was a handwritten apology in the box with my replacement. I really appreciate the lengths they went to to ensure I received an better product than I thought I was buying.
