    I have bought several iPhones and a MacBook Pro from Backmarket over the years… this is the first time I’ve been really disappointed in the condition I’ve received. I’ve bought fair items with barely a scratch on it, good items that looked practically new. The Magic Mouse I just purchased in “good”condition is actually pretty rough - besides the myriad of scuffs and scratches top and bottom, it’s incredibly dirty. Like I feel gross just touching it dirty. I have always had such great items in clean condition in the past… so I’m pretty bummed about this purchase. I will try and return.
